~ THE COMPLETE FILTRATION PACKAGE
The new Biosys filtration packages can offer you effective filtration solutions
for most garden ponds.
Each package comes complete with one of the new range of renowned Aquamax solid
handling pumps, the advanced Biotec filter and a Bitron UVC with it's own unique
internal cleaning device, along with a built-in magnet to reduce lime scale
build up on your equipment.
- The BIOsys Set 1, the smallest package, is suitable for a typical garden
pond of 5000 litres (1100 gals) and for a heavily stocked or koi pond of up
to 2500 litres (550 gals).
- The BIOsys Set 2 offers filtration solutions for fish ponds up to 14000
litres (3080 gals), dependent on stocking levels.
- The BIOsys Set 3 is ideal for an average garden pond up to 20000 litres
(4400 gals), or for koi ponds up on 10000 litres (2200 gals) dependent on
stocking levels and other environmental factors.
- For the larger ponds, OASE has developed the BIOsys Set 4, which can
handle fish ponds of up to 25000 litres (5500
gallons) (refer to specification table)
The Biotec filters
supplied with the new BIOsys Set 3 and Set 4 include the new
Screenex system. The Screenex system separates out most of the
solids as the water enters the filter, improving filter efficiency
massively.
